U16 Tennis Lessons - Session 1

Program Description

Student to Instructor Ratio - 6:1 GREEN LEVEL 1.5 (10+ yrs) This follow-up to Green level 1.0 also uses a low-compression transition ball (green dot). Players learn to rally with improved direction and height control, serve with better power and control, return serves, and approach and play net with volleys and overheads. Yellow (regular ball) This is for kids playing with either a green ball or a regular ball on a full sized court. Players will be assessed on the first day and will be placed in the appropriate group. Continuing development of strokes, movement and strategy.

RAIN POLICY - PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING Each program has a rain make-up date. If more than one class is canceled due to rain there are no additional make-up dates and no refunds for that class issued. If 30 minutes or more of the class has been completed prior to any rain it counts as a session and will have no rain make-up. CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING All cancellations must be made in writing by email (guildwoodtennis@gmail.com) Refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the first lesson, less a $10.00 administrative charge Refunds are NOT available within the 2 week period prior to the first lesson, unless we can find a replacement. If a replacement is found, your refund will be less an administration fee of $10.00 No refunds once the program begins

We are not accepting payments for programs until the COVID-19 guidelines allow for group lessons. However, you can still reserve your spot.

Guildwood Tennis Club is a club run under the auspices of the City of Toronto. It is a member of the Scarborough Tennis Federation and the Ontario Tennis Association.
